Our Customer wanted EPOXY FLOOR PAINT we then ordered it from our Plascon Supplier Epoxy floor paint to paint cement floor, they then supplied us PLascothane 9:1 Industrial PU Enamel. Our Customer phoned us and said the paint is not curing and lifting from the floor, we then took a employee of our Plascon Supplier with to our Customers site to confirm this, they gave as a Product data sheet of the paint, the customer then paint a 1000 squares and still the same result not curing. The customer phoned Plascon technical devision and it was confirmed by there technicians Frank and also Abby on separate days that Plascothane 9:1 is a paint for steel not cement and it is not a Epoxy Floor paint but its recommended use is for hospital equipment and earthmoving equipment and so forth, according to Plascon data sheet. We are the middle man, the customer said he is not going to pay us, but we still have to pay the Plascon supplier. The incorrect paint was supplied to us by the Plascon dealer even the Plascon technical department confirmed it was not a Epoxy Floor Paint. Please help.
