I visited Builders (Strubensvalley) in the beginning of the year as my Body Corporate had asked me to choose colours to be suggested for our complex. The complex is currently under maintenance and needs to be repainted. I found the perfect colour in the Plascon "20 exclusive colours to LOVE" booklet. Problem is that Builders was unable to mix the colour as their systems had not been updated. Apparently being a new colour. WELL, it is June now and the colour is still not available to mix. The colour was voted on by all the owners and still we are unable to purchase the paint... Builders just says that the Plascon representatives have not yet visited the store to update the system. So apparently Plascon does not feel the need to satisfy their customers. It is unacceptable that Plascon advertises a product that is just not available. This is a very big project and we are now forced to settle for another colour from another brand.
