What they don't tell you

I recently found out I need to register my paint I bought to qualify for the guarantee. So I went to the Plascon site and registered. I received an email saying that because I didn't register within 30 days the guarantee is not valid. Nowhere is it stated on the paint I bought that there is a time frame, nor was I told at Builders warehouse where I bought the paint that I needed to register. You cannot give a time limit where you don't warn the purchaser when it starts and ends. I appreciate the need to put on limits, but be responsible and reasonable Plascon. I am appalled! This is shockingly poor service!!!
