My boyfriend had purchased me a pair of boots at Charles & Keith in March as a birthday present. Water seemed to come into the boots everytime i wore them in the rain. So I retutned the boots and was given the choice of taking a voucher or to choose a an item in the store. Thanks for the great service. Keep up the good work. Happy customer.
