BAD SERVICE AND EXCUSES MADE NOT TO PAY OUT A CLAI

MUTAL & FEDERAL!!!
MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PATHETIC COMPANY STARTED LAST YEAR IN OCT 2012 IN JUNE 2012 I PURCHASED A HOUSE AND HAD IT INSURED WITH M&F IN OCT 2012 WINDS BLEW OFF THE SOLAR PANEL AND I PUT IN A CLAIM . THE QUOTE WAS SENT AND IN THE QUOTE EKSOM WAS GIVING A REBATE OF R 10700 TO THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE AND ACCORDING TO INSURANCE COMPANY I NEEDED TO CEDED TO THEM . THE ASSESSOR TOLD ME THAT THE UNIT WILL BE REPLACED IF I CEDED THE REBATE TO THEM .I REFUSED TO DO IT AND WHEN I SPK TO EKSOM THEY STATED THAT I AM NOT ENTITILED TO THE REBATE COS I AM REPLACING AN EXISTING SOLAR SYSTEM AND NOT INSTALLING THE FIRST TIME. AFTER SENDING THEM THE EMAIL ABOUT ME NOT GETTING A REBATE MY CLAIM WAS REJECTED. CLAIM HAS BEING REJECTED BECOS ASSESSOR SAYS LACK OF MAINTENANCE ON SOLAR SYSTEM CAUSE IT TO FAIL . ACCORDING TO SOLAR WATER HEATING SPECIALIST THERE IS NO MAINTENANCE ON SYSTEM. I CARRYING ASKING FOR THE REPORT FROM THE ASSESSOR AND UNTIL NOW NOTHING . TIRED OF THE EXCUSES . THEY WILL NEVER PAY CLAIM AND THE BEST PART IS THEY WILL ALWAYS USE D THE CLAUSE FROM POLICY WHICH RIGHT UP NOW I DO NOT HAVE.
