Please note the following before doing business with this company:
They are not registered by any building or pool association - ask yourself why
The product seems to have no product certification mark, or non could be found
I have had two problems since the pool was installed 9 months ago
The cracking surface the first time was blamed on my builder dropping things into the pool
The second time it happened I was told that I could wait until its winter again, because they are too busy now
A piece has come loose which is a danger to all using the pool, but this does not seem to be important
I have been forced to follow the legal route to resolve this
