I wish I read this site before ever going to this company.
From the start the service was weak and poor, the "site manager" Louis was on his own time and did as he pleased. It was a small balcony too do which they messed up more than it was before. They re-screeded balcony and "waterproofed" it but yet it still leaks.
I paid them in FULL and got a so called 3 year guarantee against leaks, the leaks never stopped since they did the job.
I called and screamed and moaned and the director has no decency to call you back or communicate with you after numerous threats and requests to speak to him instead he sends his minions to deal with you. VERY PROFESSIONAL for a director.
The work was horrible and and unprofessional. they phone to confirm they coming on x date and y time and they don't arrive, they got no decency to call and excuse themselves, they just DONT pitch.
Again I complain and it falls on deaf ears and the director (Stan) doesn't car and instead gets his PA (Michelle). To call who says someone is coming the next day and surprise no one arrives.
They have to date NOT honoured the "guarantee" and instead refunded me and said they can't help.
I DO NOT recommend them at all!
