I used a company called Covertile Roofing to do my homes roofing and waterproofing. Later on I contacted them to sort out a leak on my carport. The owners son came out to do the so called repairs. His name is Grant Clayton. After doing the work he told me that he had broken away from his father's company being Covertile Roofing and opened his own company called Rooffixa which specialises in repairs. He attempted to repair the leaks for more than a year now. Every winter the issue is the same. For every repair I paid them timeously. I still have an issue, two months ago they tried fixing it, but the leaks worsen with every attempt and excuses r made. Now I cant get hold of them. They have no physical address to serve documents on on there website only telehpne details of which the office number does not work. I have been more than patient. Everytime he promises to come a certain day but then does not and I have to call them to ask why they have not come and why they have no decency to let me know they not coming.
I contacted the fathers company whom I initially dealt with for his sons details and he threatened me as he says his been harressed when I simply asked for information.
