Was quoted by Clint Neuhoff Quote # CN/LC10323 31 July 2013, Quote signed by SD Louw. We accepted quote and work was done. Our roof is still leaking. We called Universal roofing out approx 1/2 months ago and they came out and resealed a section. For the last few weeks we hsve once again being calling Universal Roofing as the roof is still leaking. Everytime we phone the lady answering the phone takes our detsils and promises that "somebody" will call us. We did have one 'person' call us like 5 minutes before hand and unfortunately nobody was home. Do I have to giveup my job in case Universal Roofs calls and expects us to be home 24/7? For a company quoting a 3 year guarantee against leaks there was no 'fine print' stating you will wait weeks for us to respond or my reception will claim to take your details down but we don't promise anything. This is extreemly poor service from Universal Roofing. Lets see who responds first: SD Louw, MBA or Dampproofing and Waterproofing Association.
