My roof was "repaired" by Paramount in Jan 2013. During the rain season, we had plenty of leaks still, my lounge was flooded on two occasions and I sit today with extensive damage to the walls, ceiling and a roof that still leaks.
The story is sad, as Paramount tried to patch up the repair and did return on a number of occasions but the job has unfortunately never been successful.
I have contacted Paramount again in Jan 2014 to uphold their 24 month guarantee and to date I have no response from them. I want the money refunded so that I can go to another company and try to do the job over again.
In summary my complaint is as follows:
1. The original quoted job was never implemented properly
2. Paramount returned and patched up the job (when I was not home)
3. The company is very bad with communication - calls are never returned and if you are lucky, your emails are answered. No appointments were made, the owner just rocked up and expected someone to be home.
4. The company appears to favour historically advantaged individuals as my wife and I experienced unprofessional behaviour from the owner.
