The Consultant, PK was amazing and professional, always followed up, surprisingly she's not the Director, she would do a much better job than the current one who just doesn't have any proper answers to simple questions. He tends to pass the buck and gives no apology or explanations. SMRC was suppose to so called post me a Gift Voucher for completing a survey on Hot Chocolate. The Director said on the 23rd of the month they process vouchers but the fact is already 2 23rds are gone and october 23rd will be the third. So much for explanations and apologies from the Director He is still so Adament with Confidence! Its so Funny! PK up till this day did call to find our what her Director had done! I replied absolutely nothing and seriously where is the confidence coming from when he's doing absolutely nothing but expect the work to be done! I guess he's a Dictator Director aka Hitler! LOL.
