I've been trying to get Universal Roofing to come and fix the appalling job they did for me in 2007, since 2008.
They are happy to charge R28 000.00 to waterproof a double garage, but when it leaks and you call to complain, they never call back. I have called so many times that you just give up, and I believe that this is their business strategy. I have left no less than 7 messages and called every day last week and again yesterday, and still not a peep. Diane, Colleen and Tammy have all promised that I will be called but it seems they have been instructed by upper management to NOT call clients with complaints.
They also claim that they can not find the Invoice for the work done, yet Quinton was able to find it and mail it to me in less than 5 minutes.
Six year of calling and complaining. Maybe I should call and request a callout for a quote. I'll bet they will be here in 24 hours.
