Universal Roofing repaired a section of my roof in 2011 and since then they have had to come out several times to fix a few of the same patches that keep dripping when it rains. with the rainy season again, those same patches are leaking and I have been in contact with them trying to sort this out. All i want is a dry office!! This is the second time I have called this week with no response from the office manager. The work comes with a 3 year guarantee, and in the past they have come out to repair the leaks but it just seems like they are not getting it right as the roof keeps leaking each time there is rain. this causes damage to my phones, laptops and office furniture as well as the costs of phone calls of having to contact them each time there is a leak.
