Poor, Rude and Unprofessional Service received

Hi Zack

I am so unhappy about the treatment I got from one of your staff member. He is so unprofessional and rude. Firstly he did not introduce himself, the first question I got from him was do I have money to pay. He then continued with his work, when he was done he told me he does not have a recite book. I asked him how do you expect me to pay if you are not going to give me a slip as prove of payment, he said he is going to remove the valve and he will come when he has a recite book. Then i suggested that he sign on a page saying that i have paid him for the job that was done-on my geyser.
