Rude and unprofessional

So I am looking around for insurance and i saw the prime meridian advert on TV and yesterday went to your website and got an online quote. I received a call from Ziyaad Dawood and he explain very well about the insurance product you are offering. He send me terms and conditions and told him i need time to go through the quotation and asked him to call me back the following day which is today. Today he tried calling me around after 12pm and I was busy. Firstly I told him to call 12pm but he phone some minutes later and I was busy that time. Just like everyone else we are all working and sometimes we got busy such that we are not able to answer our personal phones. That was my situation I had a customer issue to sort but I was surprised to receive an sms from this guy which is rude and unprofessional. The sms reads : '' Mr Shelton Next time please don't ask me to call you then you avoid my calls, i will be deleting your quotation off my system by the end of work today...'' This is the bad part which I didn't like. I am a potential client and already someone is being rude and unprofessional to me. No wonder why there are some complains about prime meridian. The problem is the staff!!!
