Nedbank Insurance and Plumbers on Call are BAD

They replaced my burst geyser without replacing a pressure valve now Im stuck with an old pressure valve which has since burst. The criminals Nedbank Insurance took my premiums of 4 years and my excess of R900 and now both Danille from Nedbank claims dept. and Zac from Plumbers on call advised I should log a new claim and pay another an additional excess when they were supposed to have replaced the pressure valve when they replaced my geyser in the first place. But when the plumbers left after replacing my geyser they advised they will leave in the old pressure valve in the meantime until they get a replacement pressure valve for me. What daylight. Nedbank Inurance and "plumbers on call" are as my wife and I called them on numerous occasions to resolve this problem but they woud not budge. I will be cancelling my insurance with Nedbank asap. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE FROM NEDBANK INSURANCE AND PLUMBERS ON CALL. THUGARY TO SAY THE LEAST!!!
