On the 23rd of december 2012, i tried to withdraw R900 at a till at Checkers Hyper Arcon Park but it declined so the next day i went to Standard bank Palm Springs branch to check out the problem and the bank and my 5day statement shows that my cash went out at the till where i was wiyhdrawing from the 24 of december 2012 the bank has been communicating with Andries the till manager at Arcon Park to refund me but he has excuses sometimes doesnt answer the phone or he promises to call back but never does... please help me out dont know what to do anymore and i havent recieved my R900 till today!!
