Ordered 8 glass tiles (300x300mm) on 27 August 2013, paid up front and was told it would take 10 - 15 working days... (for 8 small pieces of glass???) anyway... on 19 September I inquired where our order was and was told someone would call me back... never happened... called again a few days later ...

We phoned Glassmen for a quote for sandblasted glass which they duly sent. After I paid the deposit of R6000 on 13 th Aug they said that the quote wasn't sandblasted and the price would need to go up. I then cancelled the order on 14th August and asked for my deposit back. They said it doesn't work ...
