We paid Prestige Plumbing Solutions for a heat pump and geyser system in June (R52, 000.00) and Frans Minnaar (079 941 2622) has disappeared with our money. He won't answer calls or reply to e-mails. I have laid a charge of and against him at the police station and have reported him to the Asset Forfeiture Unit
