From day one this was a costly and highly dis satisfactory venture. Not only were the cupboards defect, but the people doing the installation (a guy called Attie and his men) clearly do not have a clue! It was only the factory (Rudolf) coming through by replacing all the faulty cupboard doors. The installers were just not able to get the job right, ruined drawers and messed up the pull out pantry! We are now more than three weeks behind with our renovations and the tiler is suppose to start his work on Monday. Furthermore this Attie was never on site while his workers were messing up, he was arrogant and told my husband to calm down when he informed Attie that the work was still not done. His men never pitched on time and were quite cheeky. At this point in time, AFTER Builders received the full instalment almost two months ago, we have little to show for our blood money. I am still sans a completed kitchen. I am totally disgusted and expect Buiders to rectify the situation immediately!
