I imported Solar collectors and Heat pumps and approached Marko from Greenpoint Solar to do the installation for me. Marko talked the talked and after spending around R8000 on the installation I got fed up wit having no hot water and asked SA Heat Pumps to come and fix the mess that Greenpoint made. Unfortunately I referred Greenpoint to a few of my friends who also complained about the level of service and knowledge from Greenpoint. Marko would call me from a rooftop and ask me how he should connect this and that - totally incompetent in my opinion. Just after the installation Marko also "borrowed" a heat pump and vacuum tubes to display in his new shop in Stormvoel Rd, Pretoria. Needless to say that Marko sold and installed my heat pump and he has not yet paid me for it. Marko is now trying everything to worm out of the money he owes me and he is even claiming that a company called GREENPOINT PROPERTIES bought the heat pump from me and not him. He in fact borrowed the pump to use as display and sold it without my consent. I suggest that you move away quickly when he tries to sell his expertise to you..
