After interviewing numerous heat pump suppliers, I settled on Home Comfort who claimed that there would be NO difference in hot water supply to our showers after the heat pumps had been installed - only a reduction in electricity bills. Since installation we have yet to manage two sequential hot showers from a 200l geyser. After numerous phone calls, e-mails and requests to speak to the person in charge, they have yet to sent a technical person who can fix the problem and explain the system to me. Heat pumps are an expensive installation, and they have thrown up their hands and refused at arrive at a solution. I have asked to speak to the owner and person in charge, Hendrick, on numerous occasions, and he steadfastly refuses to deal with an unhappy client. Clearly he sets the tone for the whole company.
At this point my heat pump produces only cold water! There is clearly a problem!!!
