Based on the promise of good service, them being a small local company, we spent R10, 000 on a security gate with MASTERGATES. Three or four months later we need an after hours call out to sort the gate out and their emergency number rings unanswered. They make these promises to potential customers to win their support and business and then fail to provide the service. DONT SUPPORT SMALL LOCAL BUSINESSES!!!
