Tried the whole of today to contact A D T Accounts dept. The phone just rings for hours with numerous electronic messages punting their business. Got through a couple of times to other departments but got cut off - eventually phoned the emergency line - guess what they managed to cut me off as well. Left my number numerous times electronically as requested with the promise of an agent calling back - still no call backs. If they are a jacked up security company as they claim at least they should employ someone to answer their phone. Maybe theyve got too big and we should be supporting the smaller local guys who can provide the service. Maybe time to move on.
