4 Months on and off, our PABX with Vox has cost us business and customers! From calls that cannot get through, dropped calls and a complete shut off, we've had it with Vox. It's a small business owner's worst nightmare!
Numerous calls and voice support have yielded nothing and have had to call the good old Telkom to sort us out. When a new PABX needs replacement, we were promised to have a technician come to install it, and instead, it was delivered via courier. Instead of getting on with management of my business, I'm seated on the Router for hours trying to 'troubleshoot' the IT stuff!
Currently we cannot make a call for more than 2 minutes before it gets dropped. More than 4 months of poor service, No calls and Customers complaining has completely devastated my trust in this company.
It's better the devil you know, than the one you don't.
