This company has not heard about the slogan "Customer is king". I raised an issue with the owner of this business to try and remedy the poor quality of the installation of my frameless shower. On the day of the installation she expected me to supervise her team, and although I gave detailed instructions, the installation was appalling. I first tried speaking to her telephonically but was repeatedly told she did not wish to speak to me and would come to see me. The agreed date and time has come and gone, and when I contacted her again she screamed hysterically and slammed the phone in my ear. The sad part is that I fell for that arrangement that so many suppliers have, that they do not deliver unless the items are fully paid for. So, end of story. She has all the money, refuses to even hear my objection and I have a shower that no one will ever be able to use.
