Bad service gone worse

Roy, if workmanship like you've delivered at my house is acceptable at your house then we're going to differ but the current installation is not acceptable. There is a "nice" frame of 5mm internal putty view-able from the outside of the current installation. I paid to have a rather expensive piece of glass, S10 Silver, fitted by the best, best not by the, . The guys came and installed at 18:00 so no wonder they couldn't see. If Ralph did his job then the original arrivals at 13:00 would have been able to fit the glass best, not shoddy like it's now. I'll be available Saturday morning from 07:00 for you to remedy the installation. I'd rather prefer if you'd supervise the installation yourself but that's most probably too much to ask. I took a day off from work and it was a day wasted and with much frustration. As far as I'm concerned the glass is in the wrong way around as well, sticker should be outside, not? And this after I've asked the guys 2x if they have it right. I've taken my time to personally visit you Friday, taken my time to ensure I get what I'm asking for and this is the best you can do? I could have done better myself and this from the "pros"? Shocking.
