Motown quoted on a job to fit a complete shower cubicle. On completion we noticed that 2 of the tiles were cracked. The crack occurred during installation of the shower cubicle. An employer of Motown, Stanton, came and assessed the problem and his findings were that the complete shower had to be removed for the tiles to be replaced. After 3 months of waiting, the company then refuses to accept responsibility&therafter asked me to replace the tiles and send him an account. In order to do this, i have to remove the shower cubicle which I am not qualified to do so. I have yet to receive any joy from the owner Morgan, who cuts my calls when ever I contact him regarding the above! VERY POOR SERVICE, DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
