I phoned Frameless Showers to come to my new house & quote me on installing shower doors. A man named Thabang came through and took measurements. He then sent me a quote but I decided I would like all of my shower doors to be 2.2M high. I responded via e-mail and told him this & he then sent me a new quote for shower doors 2.2M high. I then paid the deposit on this more expensive quotation & waited eagerly for installation. When they installed, one of the showers was 2M high. I then phoned them to tell them and they said they would come back to me. I waited & waited & then decided to phone them again. A woman named Leah then told me she would send me a quote for 2.2M high. You've got to be joking, I said. You already quoted me & I paid & now you have installed the wrong thing. She tells me Thabang will call me back, He does. Guess what he says? The same thing - that he'll quote me. Are these people thick? Do they realise that I have all of this information on paper & that the CPA will jump on this? So Thabang then gave me the owner's telephone number, which just rang & so I have left a message & am once again waiting eagerly for some sort of reasonable response! Don't use them!
