Bad service, lack of addressing complaints

One of the worst experiences ever. This persons will switch of his phone once the money is paid. If there is any problems after hours following poor work such as no power, no water etc, he simply leaves you to sort it out. Despite commencing work in September for three bathrooms which was expected to take 10 to 15 days per bathroom, by the end of December 2012, the pipes and toilets were leaking and the work of such poor quality that we had to contract other plumbers etc fix the poor workmanship.

In addition, he agreed to pick up 2 doors from a supplier which he never did. To date he refuses to return the invoice and I ended up having to buy 2 additional doors. I would not suggest that anyone gives him an invoice to collect as the chances are good that the items will be lost.

He keeps on asking for payment before work is done which is not in line with the agreement and then gets upset and states that he can't pay his workers despite a huge deposit. He doesn't finish nearly on time and his project management is shocking. He also agreed to be on site but that is not the case. He shows up in the morning, disappears for the rest of the day and shows up at around 4 o'clock
