The poor workmanship & the rudeness of the owner of this business a certain Mr Stephen Makhwathana, who is a bully & knows absolutely zero about customer service but wants to dictate as if you are his supplier. In all my experience of renovating, I have never dealt with a supplier such as this contractor. His workmanship is below standard, he will promise you 2 teams to do the work & only 2 workers will be on site to work, he never comes through but supervises his workers via mobile phone. I am now sitting with an unlevel floor which he installed but refuses to fix, an incomplete roof which he will not complete after he had installed it incorrectly amongst many other defects. Stephen Makhwathana is rude & when you try to engage him he drops the phone on you. All he is interested in is demanding money with substandard workmanship which he refuses to acknowledge and fix. My house looked much better before this man came & wrecked it, took my money and failed to finish the job within the agreed time frame. If you want to be frustrated beyond the general frustration and stress of renovating / building then Stephen Makhwathana from Room with a View cc is the contractor to use.
