- toilet and bath leaking. Toilet fixed by owner
- Vanity and shower not sealed properly - fixed by owner
- Grouting in walls of shower crumbling
- Free standing bath unstable - loose legs and missing parts, which needed replacing by owner
- Shower head fitting needed to be redone for water to flow properly - fixed by owner
- Linen cupboard in bathroom needed repainting from being marked and scratched - fixed by owner
- Walls in the house were chipped and marked - fixed by owner
Poor paint work
Hassled for payment when work was incomplete.
Incorrect measurements and continuous errors, which needed pointing out.
Items taken from house such as hand towel hook which was to be used in the bathroom and a plug removed from a wall heater in the house.
Finishes in bathroom very poor quality.
House left in tremendous amount of mess.
