During November 2012 i ask Robbie from Quality doors to give me a quotation for 2 Roller shutter doors. I gave him the measurements for the doors (I have proof of the measurements that was given to him). I accepted his quotation and during December 2012 Robbie came to fit the doors. After seeing the doors i told Robbie that the doors is bigger than the size's that i gave him, robbie told me that it doesn't matter he will fit the doors in a way that it will fit, and he will then come back to correct the doors on a later time. After a week i phoned Robbie and told him that i could not open the doors, i could not get the doors to roll open, if i open the doors it started to get stuck on one side, Robbie told me that he will be there the next Saturday, I have spoken to Robbie on several occasions and every time he promises me that he will come and fix the doors, up and until todays date the doors are not fixed. I have paid Robbie in full for these doors, he demanded payment after he installed the doors. I would like to mention that the material used on the doors was bad quality and the instillation shows that Robbie does not know anything about the installation of roller doors.
