In Oct'2012 I contacted this company and spoke to Uthmaan Ebrahim. He installed 2 aircons in my home, one was my own and the other was his that he had swopped for one of mine which was, in his opinion, too small for the room. To this day the aircon he had swopped and installed in my bedroom does not work. I've tried several times to get hold of him but he refuses to take my calls. If I do get home of him, which I do calling from another number, he promises to come out to my house and replace the broken aircon but never comes. I'm so fed up with this as we've paid him just under R10 000.00 for a job that's not even properly completed and that he originally quoted us R4200.00 for but needed more pipping hence the price increase. I feel ripped off and feel that this guy cannot get away with this!! He's even advertising on Facebook and has a website!
