I ordered a new wooden garage door from Timbercon 4/7/13 and it was installed on 25/7/13. I initially asked how long it would take to complete this project and was told by Dan the fitter it would take 2 hours but over a month later and the project remains incomplete. The quality and finish of the door is very poor. My payment included brand new rods, springs and mechanisms only to discover that my same old rod had been used. I have addressed this with various Timbercon employees including the Contract Manager who came and had a look and agreed that it was of poor quality. I then phoned and spoke to Darryl yesterday (27/8) and he said he would investigate and respond and I have not heard from him since. The pictures on the internet are extremely impressive yet what is installed is nothing like what you see in the advert.
