Looking for Manufacturing software in Feb 2013 i called Palladium as i saw there add on the net. Sales consultant said he will arrange a demo, which he did with a consultant. Once this consultant arrived i was told because its manufacturing i have to pay R6650 for the program to be installed on my laptop as he has no demo to show me and assured me that this program can do everything that i want from it including units of measure although it does't show how the system calculates it. When the fool i am paid and the system loaded we struggled to load a simple thing as the company name. The consultant had to phone in to try and resolve the issue.By then i wanted my money back but he kept convincing me the system will do what i want it to do. Today is more than 2 months i have this junk on my laptop that does not work. The consultant via a 3rd party informed me that Palladium does not refund people weather the consumer is happy or not. So far i have been sent from pillar to post. Send the CEO my grievance and was informed he gave the relevant people instruction to deal with this which they actually don't bother to do. I WOULD STRONGLY WARN ANYONE LOOKING FOR MANUFACTURING SOFTWARE NOT.
