BAD SERVICES, No communication

I returned my Acer laptop to Acer for repairs as it is still under warranty by arrangement with an Acer agent. I received a quotation saying there is water spillage of which i do not recall spilling any water on the laptop. On the quotation there is a fee of R400exc. for assessment and R170 for delivery.

I received the quotation via email on the 4th April 2013 and responded the next day to the email saying that i am not going to pay the assessment fee and delivery charges as the laptop is still under warranty. i have not received any response from them.

15/04/2013 i phoned them and they said i must pay those fees because water spillage is not covered by the warranty and therefore i must pay the assessment fee. i also requested proof of the water spillege and still havent received any response.

I was not made aware of these charges before hand therefore i am refusing to pay anything.
