I've been using Elitehost for some time now and have had no problems to date.
I recently asked for some assistance (more like a crazy request), and Jason responded.
I literally asked him to edit the server status page to include row ID's so that I could import the server status of the server associated with my hosting space.
All so that I could see my server's status on my own person homepage.
Jason opened a ticket, and said he would come back to me.
Within 6 hours - I received a ticket update from Jason, informing me that he has completed the update and added row IDs, and even gave me the row ID of my server.
This is service you won't see in South Africa, not from any other hosting company I'd say.
This is an absolute big deal - ask any developer out there - nobody in this business will agree to edit their own pages for the benefit of a customer who wants to import data onto another page.
Excellent, top-class - and absolutely considerate of Elitehost to log my request and complete it within less than 24 hours!
