Struggling to connect printer to compute

I bought a new eprinter from HP which gave me problems from the start. I took it back to the HP store in Cresta, they tested it and immediately gave me a new one. I then tried to install the new one onto my computer, but struggled as the old one might not have been properly uninstalled. Brenda first helped me over the phone and when she couldn't help me further, asked me to come in. Although this is not part of her job, she spend about two hours on my problem and showed herself to be extremely knowledgable and effective in her job. I was extremely impressed with her and want to bring it under HP's attention that they've got a great employee in Brenda.
