We joined Afrihost in August 2013 on a managed server for the price of R 480.00 per month. The server was down for one day in September and again in October and November. Now in January the server went down for 2 days last week and again this week so far for 2 days. Every time you phone into the call centre they cannot help you. Surely a company this size should be able to give some sort of progress report, not just that they are working on it. We run an internet business and thus have not been able to generate any business due to their down time. This is beyond a joke. Maybe I will get a reply from this complaint. Anybody wanting to use Afrihost's server, my advice is please stay away.
