Never let down

I have a hosting plan with Elitehost and have run into a number of problems over the last few months (none of which were their fault)

The most recent occurrence was earlier today. I have been working with another developer, and between the two of us we messed something up. The support staff had the problem solved within an hour, and all our services were back up and running.

This is not the first time I've had great service and support from Elitehost, but I thought it was about time I told someone about it.
