I signed a contract with Mweb during Feb 2013 for Hosting services in their data centre. I was granted access after a long struggle so that I could load my software on the applicable server. I also requested 12 IP addresses that can be used on the server within the data centre. On the 21 Feb 2013 I asked for prices on an OS, as the OS that I installed, does not work properly with a Dell server, at that time I was told they would get back to me as soon as possible.
I started paying for the services on 18 Feb 2013.
I requested access to the data centre to see if I could get anything done on the server icw the compatibility issue.
The following is applicable:
I have up to now not received my IP Addresses as requested.
I am struggling to get access to the data centre and thus cannot get my server to work.
I have had empty promises as to the OS for the server.
I am being charged for a service that I cannot use and am being ignored by Mweb.
Is this the way that a big company should be acting towards it's clients.
They have the attitude that I have signed a contract with them and as such they feel that they do not have to do anything because I cannot cancel.
