Finally, Someone knows the meaning of "Service"

I recently moved my web site hosting company from a "cheaper" company to Elitehost on the recommendation of a friend who has been very happy with their service. Now; I admit I am not an easy client and wont hesitate to tell service providers whats on my mind. The previous company I used I was with for some time, from day one I logged an error with the support team about my site not loading properly that was built on their web builder. I found no joy and even less resolve to that issue so I built my site with Weebly and had the hosting company point my site to the weebly address. Then after that, my mail would not work. That hosting company claimed it was suddenly the mail application on my computer that was at fault. Pffttt Eventually I had enough and moved my site to Elitehost. From day one, the service I have had from [URL Removed] has been excellent and everyone I have dealt with so far have been unbelievably helpful. My mail is working perfectly, and Elitehost actually sends you a mail asking if you are still happy with their service, or if there was anything they can help you with? How refreshing to actually be considered important by a hosting company. Thank you Elitehost!
