TechGames is a local Game Server hosting provider. I currently have one game server with them, but it has been down for the last two days due to control panel failure.
I've tried contacting support, but I'm not getting any response at all. And on top of that, when I'm trying to see the status of my support ticket I come to a 404 error screen, meaning that the resource is not available.
There is no way for me to get hold of support and their systems are broken, so it appears that they just don't care.
