Warenty Part out of Stock no response

I bought an external hard drive and after one year and it failed. I called Vexon and they told me to book in at the supplier for replacement. The supplier informed me the part is out of stock and can't help and gave me credit note. I emailed and tried to phone Vexon to ask what process is order another drive or pay in with credit note to replace it but could not get hold of them or no replay on email.
