We had an order for cartridges that we don't have a printer for and they had a problem to exchange the stuff for us - gave us attitude, we said to them we will return the wrong cartridges for ones that we can use and we send our printers details to them, they came here and gave us used cartridges, boxes was open and seals were broken - we sent it back and the we received other cartridges that's got the sticker on them that says its for our printer but its not - it looks like the same boxes that was sent to us before just with a sticker on for our printers details. They want to charge us R200 extra per cartridge and we cant even use it.
They have a bad attitude and always screaming and shouting
Not interested in their business ever again
