I purchased an Adata CH11 Series 1TB External Hard Drive for R499 on Groupon about 2 weeks ago. I received an e-mail this morning to say that they could not get stock from supplier. I contacted Groupon's customer service, stating that this is false advertising. Surely you would first ensure you have stock before advertising it. Groupon's response is that they're sorry my experience was a bad one! No offer of sourcing another drive! No offer of an alternate! Am wondering how long it will take for the refund!!!
