I bought a CASEY TV one week ago. After testing i noticed a line in the TV picture and the quality was terrible even with HDMI. I was forced to SWOP which was a problem for ESQUIRE and I didnt want that poor quality but had no choice to accept. I took the TV home and there was no remote/cable/manual inside the box and i noticed there was a scratch on the screen. One day later and they want to book the TV in. Its BRAND NEW, Whwn you pay for a NEW TV you expect it to be NEW no scratches but they insist that WE CAUSED THE SCRATCH. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ESQUIRE AGAIN as their service is patethic. They sell you a default and you cannot return the item blaming the customer. They have no integrity, an organisation where bad service will catch up with them one day. I have created a case with my attorney and waiting process. ESQUIRE YOU ARE HISTORY FROM MY COMPANIES EYES.
