On 14 January 2013, I purchased a CPU, motherboard and hard drive from Esquire to build a PC with all brand new parts. I assembled the PC on 16 January 2013 and whenever I played a game, I got a blue screen and the PC would restart. I researched the problem and tried various solutions to test the hardware components.
1. On 22 January 2013, I took the PC to Esquire and the technician advised me to try a solution. I tried it and it did not work.
2. On 26 January 2013, I took the PC to Esquire and booked it in for the technician to fix the problem.
3. On 29 January 2013, I fetched the PC, brought it home and had the same problem.
4. On 2 February 2013, I took the PC to Esquire and booked it in. The technician said that he would send the motherboard to their supplier.
5. On 9 February 2013, I went to Esquire to fetch the PC. I tested it at Esquire and had the same problem. The technician said that he would send the motherboard to a higher level of testing, and that it is not his call to exchange the motherboard for a new one.
I live about 20km away from Esquire and made 5 trips to them, after purchasing their products.
I am very unhappy and disappointed in Esquire Technologies.
