I have, on many occasions, been into a Esquire branch for a particular item and been informed that there is not stock. I find it strange that items continue to appear on the pricelist even though there is no stock, they could not even order the item for me. Pricelists should be up to date with regards to the actual items that are on hand or items that can be ordered from suppliers.
The "pricelist" should actually be called, "pricelist (inclusive of items that we have sold and no longer supply)".
I have always gotten great service from Esquire, and the range as well as the prices, are fantastic, and I will continue to purchase from Esquire if they continue to have stock.
I really believe that sooner or later I will give up on Esquire and not return just because I drive in, thinking I am going to purchase items, and then only find out that there is not stock.
